All delegates will be required to complete a short pre-event questionnaire.

All delegates must attend a minimum of 5 pre-arranged meetings with key industry suppliers.

All delegates will be liable to a £839.00 (+VAT) cancellation fee for non attendance or for not attending the full day’s programme.

The Customer Management Information Exchange is complimentary for selected delegates, however, we regret that a cancellation charge will apply should you cancel your place within 28 days of the event. The cancellation charge is £839.00 (+VAT).
